Troop 532 meets every Tuesday at 7 p.m. on the property of our charter organization, Helena United Methodist Church. On the Tuesdays following a campout, we will hold a Patrol Leader Council (PLC) for our planning. We are a youth-led troop with a full calendar of great activities and camping. This year we have been hiking, backpacking, canoeing, exploring rockets, and spelunking. We have given service at numerous events, attended three merit badge days, camped at college, and sent a crew to Philmont. We attended a great summer camp with lots of activities for our newest scouts and lots of high adventure for our older scouts. As a mission outreach of the church, our troop is open to all boys, ages 11 through 17, who would like be a part of scouting. Younger boys, 1st through 5th grades, may want to check out our Cub Scout Pack 532, and girls of all ages are encouraged to learn more about the Girl Scout troops meeting in our church. Older youth, both boys and girls ages 14 through 21, should check out Venturing Crew 532. Scouting is fun with a strong emphasis on outdoor adventure. We believe that Troop 532 is a great place to enjoy your scouting experience.
