Dr. Xuan Huang received a PhD degree in Management Science, a Masters degree in Statistics, and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering. She is currently an Associate Professor in Quantitative Methods. She takes an keen interest in applying Statistics, Optimization, and Machine Learning algorithms to solve real world problems. She is particularly interested in Public Health and Health Care applications. She has published in top Quality Management journals. In the classroom, Dr. Huang has been teaching the core Business Statistics courses. She is interested in helping students relate class learning with real world applications.
