Dr. Fox completed medical school at Thomas Jefferson University in 2015. He then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center, followed by a year serving as chief medical resident. He subsequently completed his fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic and moved to Birmingham in 2022.
Dr. Fox’s academic interests include promoting patient access to high quality care locally and globally, quality improvement and education in point-of-care ultrasound, and graduate education in pulmonary and critical care medicine.
In his outpatient general pulmonary clinic, Dr. Fox emphasizes listening closely to his patients and working together with them to come to an understanding of the cause of their respiratory problems and to develop a practical treatment plan.
