Dr. Fogger is an educator and clinician with more than 40 years’ experience as a psychiatric/mental health nurse. She is a veteran of the US Air Force with over 12 years as a psychiatric staff nurse and nurse manager of an alcohol treatment unit. She also provided psychiatric home health in a rural area of Louisiana; and was a nurse manager of a psychiatric adolescent unit. She has taught Graduate and Undergraduate Psychiatric Nursing since 2003 while maintaining a clinical practice. Current practice is at the UAB 1917 HIV outpatient clinic.
