Abstract

  • A 38-year-old woman presented with bilateral optic neuropathy, leg weakness, and urinary symptoms. Despite her spinal MR being normal, her serum was positive for NMO-IgG. This indicated that she likely had Devic disease. © 2008 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
