Abstract

  • A 50-year-old man experienced the acute onset of ophthalmoplegia, ataxia, and hyporeflexia. Evaluation led to the diagnosis of Miller Fisher syndrome (MFS). Appropriate evaluation and management of MFS is discussed. © 2003 Elsevier Science Inc. All rights reserved.
