A 72-year-old man was diagnosed with epithelioid hemangioendothelioma involving liver, bone, and lungs characterized by low attenuation and irregular margins on CT. It is postulated that long exposure to vinyl chloride could predispose to development of such a rare tumor of low-grade malignancy. © 1991 Raven Press, Ltd., New York.
