A 4‐year‐old boy with nonprogressive myopathy since 2 years of age had “reducing bodies” in muscle biopsy specimens. Clinical and morphological findings are presented, which support the existence of a benign form of reducing body myopathy. Copyright © 1983 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
