Michael Hyde was director of education at Shelby Baptist Medical Center and an adjunct clinical instructor at UAB before assuming a full-time faculty role. In addition to his work as a hospital education director, Mr. Hyde has held a variety of management and staff positions, including critical care, cardiovascular acute care, surgical intensive care, cardiac rehabilitation, and occupational and employee health. As adjunct faculty, he has managed senior practicums, leadership experiences, and adult health clinical groups.
