Dr. Oh's research interest is in improving occupational exposure assessment and control methods. Main research areas include evaluation of hand-arm vibration exposure among forestry and conservation workers, development of a fit-matching tool for safety eyewear using 3D technology, and assessment of air quality and ventilation performance in food truck environments. She also has been working on the development of an innovative pre-analysis technique for gases/vapors, photothermal desorption which uses light energy to thermally desorb VOCs from nanomaterials.
